History of McFarland's US Post Office

Join local historian Ron Larson in celebrating our country’s 250th anniversary with a walking tour!  Ron will regale us with tales of McFarland's Postal Service from years gone by. The locations of the post office during the past 170 years will be pointed out, along with stories of the various postmasters who served the McFarland area community.  

There will be very little walking on this tour as we will situate ourselves in front of the McFarland Historical Society Museum (on the Long Street side) in the shade.  Lawn chairs are encouraged.
