PINs Required in Libby
Starting on Monday, October 12, users will have to enter both their library card number and PIN to access ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines through the Libby App or the Wisconsin's Digital Library site. Your PIN is the same PIN you use to log into your library account in LINKcat and defaults to the month and day of your birthday (MMDD) with no spaces or dashes.
If you've forgotten your PIN, you can click "Forgot my password/PIN" on the LINKcat login window. Enter your library card number and a link will be emailed to the email address for your account. You can also call the library or stop in for help resetting your PIN.
