Zumbini Session 1: Kalino Finds the Music

Come sing a happy song at the library this fall. Join us this fall for Session 1 of Zumbini: Kalino Finds the Music. This program is a great bonding experience for families of young children.

Magic Tree House Book Club
2nd Tuesday of the Month @ 3:30 p.m.
This book club is open to students in grades K-2. We will share books from the Magic Tree House series as well as do an activity introducing that month's book. Books will be available to check out at each meeting. The book for the following month will be introduced and handed out.

Graphic Novels Book Club
3rd Tuesday of the Month @ 3:30 p.m.
This book club is designed for students in grades 3-5 that love graphic novels. We will be discussing a different graphic novel each month that is picked by the group. We will do different activities designed around the books we read.

Read to a Dog
Friday, March 27 @ 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Come read to Hazel, our community therapy dog. She's ready for you to share a favorite or new book with her. Children in grades K-5 can sign up for a 10 minute session with her. Online registration opens one week prior and there will be day-of registration at the library. Registration opens one week prior.
All Ages Poetry Contest
April 1 - 30
Create a poem around the themes of Seeds, Growing and/or Nourishment. Poems will be judged by a panel of poets from the Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets in three categories: Youth (12 & under), Teen (13-20), & Adult (21 & up). Winners will be announced at a May 27 Poetry Reading and Reception (save the date)!
Ballet Storytime
Wednesday, April 8 @ 10:00 a.m.
Join us for a joyful, interactive program that brings the beloved book Giraffes Can’t Dance to life through movement and imagination. Children and families will enjoy a storytime followed by a playful ballet lesson where young movers learn simple ballet steps.
Crafternoon: Labubu Painting Party
Friday, April 17 @ 2:00 p.m.
We are turning the popular collectible Labubu figures in to art for our April Crafternoon. We provide all the materials for you to create your monster-piece. Supplies are limited so registration is required. Registration opens on Friday, April 3.
2026 Preschool Prom
Friday, April 24 @ 5:30 p.m
It's the pre-school event of the year - prom night at the library!
Join us for an hour of dancing, games, snacks, and more. Great for ages 4 and under.
