Japanese Tea Ceremony (Sadou) is a ritualistic and ceremonial way to promote well-being, mindfulness, and harmony. Teal Rowe experienced Sadou while living in Japan and fell in love with this art form. She will discuss the philosophy and practice of Sadou, then demonstrate the ceremonial preparation of matcha from beginning to end.  There will be a Q&A after the demonstration.

Space is limited; registration is required and opens here Friday, March 6.
