McFarland Historical Markers Walking Tours

Ron Larson will be leading two historical markers walking tours the weekend of the McFarland Community Festival. Saturday, Sept 28 will be 1-2:30 PM, and Sunday, Sept 29 will be 2-3:30 PM. Registration is required and will open Sept 13 at mcfarlandlibrary.org.

Join local historian Ron Larson on a walking tour of the McFarland historical landmarks. Learn about the architectural and historical significance of the properties that have been designated local landmarks, the people that were connected to the properties and the importance and value of historic properties to a community's distinctive character. 

Tours begin at E.D. Locke Public Library
