We're taking a field trip to UW-Extension's Teaching Garden!  Join us Thursday, July 23 as Lisa Johnson, Horticulture Outreach Specialist for Dane County Extension, walks us through all 12 of the teaching garden beds.  We will view over 850 perennials, shrubs, and trees that grow hardily in the Midwest.  Some of the gardens we'll get to see include a rain garden, rock garden, edibles garden, and "wet" garden.

Space is limited; registration is required and opens July 10 here.  Patrons will need to provide their own transportation.  We will meet at the Teaching Garden. Details will be provided upon registration.
